Usage of the chain and matters needing attention

6. The lifting point of the lifting hook is required to be on the same plumb line with the heavy lifting center, so that the lifting weight is in a stable and balanced state, to prevent the lifting from sliding or capsizing.

Scrap standards for mining chains
The chain shall be scrapped if any of the following conditions occurs:

3. The chain has serious deformation, knotting use or stretching rate of more than 5%.
4. The chain and the link of the sling ring or hook are damaged.
5. The included Angle frequently exceeds 120 degrees when the complete set of chain rigging is in use.
6. In case of the rated load of the chain cable, lift the heavy weight.
7. The wear of the chain diameter is up to 10% of the original diameter.
