Product Description

High Quality Painted Color Weldless Ring Master Link


These round rings are made from weldless, forged steel. They are commonly used in many rigging scenarios, such as with ring chokers for logging. Because they are load-rated and carry a safety factor of 5:1, we can install them on slings and bridles as needed provided the Working Load Limit (clearly marked on each ring) is adhered to.

1. Tensile Strength Test is necessary for each batch. Detailed test report and pictures can be provided after order placed.
 2.Surface tolerance, zinc finish, painting finish also be tested according to customers' different requirements.
3.Products' weight is under a reasonable tolerance.
4.Each parts' dimension is always according to the technical drawing and international tolerance standard.
5.Harness testinng also can be provided if you prefer.
6.Salt spray testing is for customers with the most strict quality control requirement, pls pay attention, this testing needs extra testing charges.
7.Chemical anyalisis is rare very much from customers' requirements, can be provided, also needs extra testing charges.
