Mount this heavy duty tow hook to the frame of your vehicle for a stable load-bearing point. Designed for short-range pulling with a recovery strap to free a stuck vehicle or a tow strap for towing short distances on level surfaces. 1. Tensile Strength Test is necessary for each batch. Detailed test report and pictures can be provided after order placed.
2.Surface tolerance, zinc finish, painting finish also be tested according to customers' different requirements.
3.Products' weight is under a reasonable tolerance.
4.Each parts' dimension is always according to the technical drawing and international tolerance standard.
5.Harness testinng also can be provided if you prefer.
6.Salt spray testing is for customers with the most strict quality control requirement, pls pay attention, this testing needs extra testing charges.
7.Chemical anyalisis is rare very much from customers' requirements, can be provided, also needs extra testing charges.

Pallet included iron pallet, regular wooden pallet and non-fumigation pallet.

Plastic film inside with iron cage is for items with a large cubic, and irregular shape.

Wooden case is high quality to accept more than 1.2ton goods.

Package goods according to customers' different requirements is no problem.( Regular package is for free, customzies package  needs extra  charges according to the truth package cost)
