Dongguan Chugang precise etching Co., Ltd is professional manufacturer of photo etching. We have been focusing on the research and production of precision metal components for over 10 years. Now we have an experienced staff of over 120 people, and a standard factory of 5000 square meters that house 8 etching production lines and 2 die-cutting lines with a daily capacity up to 1000m2. The minimum hole size we can make is 0.03mm and the minimum thickness is 0.005 mm, and the tolerance we can control within ± 0.005mm. Our Company is established under the approval of Environmental Protection Bureau of China. We have professional equipment for waste water and gas treatment. The capacity of waste water treatment is 100 m3/per day and all the discharging data is in line with the national standards.
